Counseling Services provides a variety of services to help students understand their problems and themselves, achieve more satisfying relationships, improve their academic performance and make more effective life and career choices. These services include counseling for individuals, couples and groups, workshops on campus that cover topics such as managing stress, self-care, and mindfulness, and a serenity room where students can relax and find relief from the stresses of being a student.
